Experimental Investigation of the Effect of Sisal Fiber on the Partially Replaced Cement with Groundnut Shell Ash in Concrete

An investigation on the effect of sisal fiber partially replaced cement with Groundnut Shell Ash in Concrete was carried out. Sisal 3.5cm length which forms 1% mix by weight groundnut shell ash as a partial replacement for used preparing concrete specimen. Compressive strength test out using 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% at different curing ages 7, 14, 21 28 days. It observed that 7 14days curing, it is needless introducing GSA since maximum compressive obtained were 0% GSA. At 28days considerable increase 5% 10% However, can be regarded optimum content gives value 30.1N/mm2 curing. This followed yielding 28.10N/mm2 then 25.01N/mm2.
